Refund Policy.

Introduction

This policy describes how returns and refunds work for purchases made on yagopartal.com. By placing an order on this site, you accept the conditions set out below. For shipping rates, delivery times and damaged items, see our Shipping Policy.

1. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

1.1 Products manufactured on demand (POD: prints, posters, apparel, objects)

These products are manufactured specifically for your order. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, with no need to give a reason, under TRLGDCU arts. 102-108. For a full refund, return them unused and in their original condition; return shipping is at your expense (art. 108.1), and you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product (art. 108.2).

If the product arrives defective, damaged or non-conforming, statutory guarantee rights also apply (TRLGDCU arts. 114-127): contact us with photos. We will offer replacement or refund as appropriate.

1.2 Numbered limited editions (Drop 01 Otto and following)

Limited editions are produced and numbered specifically for your order (number assigned in order of purchase — e.g. “#7/30”). You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, with no need to give a reason (TRLGDCU arts. 102-108).

Because it is a hand-signed, numbered artwork, please note: open it carefully and do not handle it beyond inspecting it. Framing it, hanging it, removing the finish’s protective films, or damaging the certificate of authenticity reduces its value, and that loss of value is deducted from the refund (it can be a significant part of the price · art. 108.2 TRLGDCU). Return shipping is at your expense (art. 108.1). Keep the original packaging.

This does not affect your rights if the artwork arrives damaged in transit (we replace it at no cost · see Shipping Policy) or has a defect (3-year legal guarantee).

1.3 Standard stock products (if any)

If we offer any non-personalized stock product (e.g. catalogs, books printed in closed runs), you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt without justification, under TRLGDCU arts. 102-108.

Refunds

Refundable amounts: product + standard shipping cost (not the premium method if you chose one) + VAT where applicable. We do not refund return shipping costs, which are your responsibility (TRLGDCU art. 108), except in case of our defect or error.

Timing: we will process the refund via the same payment method without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of receipt of your withdrawal communication (TRLGDCU art. 107.1). Bank processing times may vary; usually completed sooner.

2. How to request

Write to us at mail@yagopartal.com and include:

• order number,
• email used for the purchase,
• brief description,
• photos/video if there is damage or defect (and of the packaging).

3. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are an EU consumer and are not satisfied with our response, you may turn to the competent consumer authorities or dispute-resolution bodies in your country of residence for alternative dispute resolution. For any complaint, please write to us first at mail@yagopartal.com.

This company is not bound to any voluntary consumer arbitration system; disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clauses of the Terms.
